First of all, registering for a forum account and then logging on was a little confusing. The REGISTER button was small and hard to find. What would be best is if there was an option to create a new topic for unregistered people that directed you to register. Once I registered there was no clear way to log in. I'm afraid ON/OFF isn't a universally accepted shorthand for log-in/log-off.
Second, I enjoyed the content of the website, but I left wanting to know more about the personalities behind the site. I think, especially with a podcast, that the crew should have bio pages and the blog should have a more personal touch. This projects needs a more solid identity. With a niche market like this one, people will want a sense of community and that begins with you coming to them and putting yourselves out there.
Just one way I think you could improve interest in your site based on a quick first impression. Good luck.
